FAQs

  • What are your rates?

For our K–12 education partners, Freedom Feels creates unique purchase orders for contracted services. These services are packaged as either a one-time project or a series of projects that include a set number of consulting hours.

We also partner with nonprofit leaders who support schools, families, and communities. Nonprofit projects are typically scoped as short-term or seasonal partnerships, with pricing based on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

We’ll continue to offer one-time project support as well — perfect for reports, campaigns, and other communications initiatives that need expert attention.

  • How can I work with you?

We’re so glad you asked! The best place to start is with this Clarity Survey.

I created the survey to understand the heart of your work — what feels heavy, what feels hopeful, and what kind of support would actually make a difference. Think of it as a quick gut-check for both of us, to see if working together would feel aligned and helpful. And if nothing else, I hope this survey is a quiet first step toward clarity.

I’ll read your responses thoughtfully, keep them private, and follow up within a week.

  • Are you an Approved Vendor?

Freedom Feels LLC is a member of Texas’ CTPA and EPCNT co-ops and is an approved and awarded vendor for more than 280 Texas school districts—view the list here.

  • Who do you work with?

Freedom Feels partners with education leaders and nonprofit changemakers who are doing incredible, meaningful work—but don’t always have the time or team capacity to communicate their impact the way it deserves.

Most of our work happens in the education space, supporting school district leaders, regional partnerships, and youth-serving nonprofits across Texas and Oregon. Together, we’ve brought clarity and creativity to projects that strengthen community engagement, tell powerful stories, and secure funding for what matters most.

We’ve also partnered with changemakers in diverse sectors, including authors and writers, human rights advocates, boutique agencies, private companies, attorneys, and more.

We’ve found the most success partnering with leaders working to advance equity, belonging, and opportunity for students and families.

  • Do you provide social media services?

Yes! While we’re not a social media management company, we love creating engaging, story-driven content that brings your work to life online.

Most of the social content we design is part of a larger communications strategy—like a campaign, event, or impact story—so your posts connect to bigger goals and reach the audiences who matter most.

  • How can I ask my supervisor for support?

Need help asking for the communications support you need? We understand! Here’s an email template that you can copy and personalize to ask for the support you need to thrive.
