A Zoom Tip for Back-to-School Clarity, Without the Overwhelm

You’re carrying a lot right now—deadlines, decisions, to-dos, and things no one else even knows about yet.

The first step to calm is simple: get what’s in your head out of your head. You can always tidy it up later.

• Try this: Schedule an informal Zoom chat with a friend or colleague. Talk out everything you’re juggling, record the session and use the AI companion. After the meeting, you’ll receive an AI-generated meeting summary with a to-do list.

I recently did this with one of my favorite leaders, Principal Tiffany Wilkerson of PACE High School. She’s leading an alternative school of choice and gearing up for an exciting school year.
